You can still be a Virginia Lady Eagle! The 12U, 14U and 16U teams still have needs on their rosters. To arrange a tryout, contact the Team Manager by using the email link below, or call Mike Reda at 434-8788.
2008 Team Managers

The Virginia Lady Eagles are fortunate to have all 4 teams managed by independent, experienced coaches. At this time the 14U, 16U and 18U teams also have at least one independent coach in addition to the Team Manager.
 
12U Larry Coates  - Larry has many years of experience and success at the 12U level with both the Orion Hunters and the Lady Eagles. With his patient and instructive style, we are glad to have him back with the 12Us.    

14U Jimmy Rector - Jimmy has 18 years of coaching experience at all age levels. Jimmy has been with the Eagles for 8 years 1 yr@14u, 5 yrs@16u & 2 yrs@18u. He has returned to the 14u for the longer season with shorter tournaments, and to teach the finer points of the game at an earlier age to give Eagle players an advantage over other softball players in the area.
   
16U Dean Spruill - Dean has a competitive spirit and a love for the game that few possess. He is Head Coach at Kempsville High School and has been a Lady Eagle coach for more than 10 years. His experience and abilities prepare his players for the next level.
     
18U Steve Butler - Steve is the Head Coach of the First Colonial High School softball team. He has several years experience coaching both high school and travel softball teams. His focus is to showcase his players to college recruiters.
